Terms & conditions
This is only an overview of our transport operators terms and conditions. For specifics, please go to their website and read the operating transport companies terms and conditions with which you travelled.
Payment of all bookings reserved online or by telephone is made to the chauffer after arrival at your destination.
A confirmation email/voucher is your transfer ticket. Present this to your chauffer for both outward and return shuttles. Reservation requests are not conformation of booking.
Cancellations must be made by email to email@example.com and will then be confirmed by email.
Passenger's property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Personal equipment/clothing transported in snowboard bags may be subject to roof-rack transportation. We accept no responsibility for any loss/damages occurred through transit or adverse weather conditions.
Smoking is forbidden aboard all vehicles in compliance with French no-smoking laws.
Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed in any of the vehicles and our transport partners reserve the right to refuse persons under the influence of drink or drugs transport with no refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for changes to, or cancellation of, transfer arrangements caused by events beyond our control i.e. war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure of airport, closure of roads, adverse weather conditions, heavy snow, avalanche or similar events beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility for any additional accommodation or flight/travel costs or subsequent loss of wages.
Luggage is limited to two items per person (includes skis or snowboard). Conformation of extra baggage must be made at time of reservation which incurs a €10 supplement per item (skis/snowboard)
If Shared Transfer bookings are subject to delay, the driver will wait approx 45 minutes after which the Passenger will be deemed to have missed/cancelled their transfer and will be offered transport on the next Shared Transfer if available.
If Private Transfer bookings are subject to delay, the driver will wait approx 60 minutes free of charge, after which the Passenger(s) will be deemed to have missed/cancelled their transfer. If a Private Transfer booking has been missed through delays, the Passenger(s) will be offered transport on the next Shared Transfer if available.
